At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. (Luke 10:21)

The message of the cross is a simple one. So simple that many, many miss it. Because it’s a message of Love. It has nothing to do with wisdom or intellect. You see, the world is at odds with the spirit. And therefore, the ways of the world take one in the opposite direction of heaven.

13 Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. (Matthew 7:12-14)

You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. (James 4:4)

The message is estranged from prophecy and has nothing to do with the past or future. Because it is always in the Present.

The message is: sacrifice of self. To die to sin and live for Messiah.

And that’s it. And that’s all.

For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. (Matthew 16:25)

Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. (Luke 9:23)

So who has made the message complicated and confusing? The Enemy.

Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,  (1 Timothy 4:1)

Some of the false beliefs running wild today are:

1. Once you are saved, you are always saved and guaranteed to make heaven. Not true, if we sin after salvation and do not sincerely repent, our name will be removed from the Lamb’s Book of Life.

He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.( Revelation 3:5)

2. Yashua (Jesus) died for our sins. Yes he did. But in order to show us that we must follow his lead and also die to our sin. He led the way and gave us an example. Only our genuine repentance can remove our sin. He did not die in order that we can sin and still be saved!

3. God is only love, and would never punish His/Her children. OK, believe that if you want to. LOL.

4. That the true biblical Hebrews are automatically set for heaven. Not true. If the true Hebrews were doing right (as a whole), we would’ve never been placed into slavery. And the prophets would’ve never been sent to try to get us to correct course. Cmon now, this is bigger than genealogy.

But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. (Titus 3:9)

If we truly know who we are, that we are beings of light living temporarily inside of flesh bodies, and that we are made in the image of our Creator, who is Limitless Light, then we know we are above any matters of the flesh.

And that we must move backwards into the simplicity and innocent of early childhood in order to ascend on high when it is time. Blessings!

And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3)

Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” (Mark 10:15)
