Prayer is the foundation to your relationship with the Most High. It builds intimacy and closeness with Yah. Yashua (Messiah or Christ) said prayer and fasting are the two requirements to building a strong faith.
“So Jesus said to them, ‘Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you,if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.’ ” Matthew 17:20-22
I encourage you to pray regularly. For example pray at noon, at 6:00 PM and then again at 9:00 PM. That would be a bare minimum, because if you can pray 20 times a day, then you should do so!
Prayer does not have to be formal, although praying on your knees with face on the ground is how the Angels in heaven worship. It is mainly talking to, thanking, praising, and singing to the Lord. You can pray while driving, while sitting at your desk at work, while standing in line at the store. Relationships are built on communication. Communicate with your Maker, the one that loves you the most, all the time, as much as you possibly can!
I have gradually increased my time in prayer to at least one hour daily. It is no longer a sacrifice, it is like a supercharge. I feel like not only am I getting closer to and building a stronger relationship with my Maker, but I feel rejuvinated, like a cell phone plugged into the charger cord in the outlet.
Sometimes you may feel you need someone to pray with. Although you don’t really need this, (your prayers will be heard regardless), you may email me your prayer request. You are encouraged only to do so if you sincerely first tried to pray yourself and feel you are not able to for some reason. Also, please first repent of all of your sins, those you specifically know about (name them) and those you are unaware of. Be sure to repent of any unforgiveness you have towards anyone, no matter how far back in your past. This is extremely important. Sin causes a blockage between you and the Most High, and can cause your prayers to remain earth bound and not to rise upwards.
Sometimes there are dark forces warring against you, and you may feel the need for a prayer partner for support. Again, you don’t really need one, ask the Messiah to be your prayer partner. But your salvation is very important to me.
So email me for prayer if you choose. I keep all information confidential. If you would like me to call you and pray with you over the phone, leave a number in your e-mail and a good timeframe to call you (ex: between 2 and 4 pm. Monday, Thursday or Friday). I will do my best to reach you within that time. Thank you for your patience as it is appreciated.
I love you, but most importantly, Yah and Yashua love you!
Suggestions on How to Pray
“But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. ~ Matthew 6:6
“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.” Mark 11:24-25
Pray with faith!
Be confident that Yah hears you and will answer you when the time is right. It may not be the timeframe you expect, but the prayer will be answered…if it is in your best interest.
Know that prayers for material things, prayers for selfish ambitions, and prayers for specific people to be your wife/husband may not be answered, as the Lord knows what is right for your soul, and will not grant you any desire that will hurt or send you to hell. If you pray selflessly, for example, for resources to feed the poor, those may be honored.
The MOST IMPORTANT prayer I believe, is to request a stronger relationship with Yah, to be filled with her holy spirit. This request covers all others. Also, pray that Yah’s will (not your own) be done in your life, and see what kind of magic happens due to your trust and faith…

– Scriptural References –
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Mathew 6:33 (emphasis added)
“Again he said unto me; remove all doubting; and question nothing at all, when you ask anything of the Lord; saying within yourself: how shall I be able to ask anything of the Lord and receive it, seeing I have so greatly sinned against him? Do not think thus, but turn unto the Lord with all your heart, and ask of him without doubting, and you shall know the mercy of the Lord; how that he will not forsake you, but will fulfill the request of your soul. For God is not as men, mindful of the injuries he has received; but he forgets injuries, and has compassion upon his creature. Wherefore purify your heart from all the vices of this present world; and observe the commands I have before delivered unto you from God; and you shall receive whatsoever good things you shall ask, and nothing shall be wanting unto you of all thy petitions; if thou shalt ask of the Lord without doubting. But they that are not such, shall obtain none of those things which they ask. For they that are full of faith ask all things with confidence and receive from the Lord, because they ask without doubting. But he that doubts, shall hardly live unto God, except he repent. Wherefore purify your heart from doubting, and put on faith, and trust in God, and you shall receive all that thou shall ask. But and if you shall chance to ask somewhat and not (immediately) receive it, yet do not therefore doubt, because you have not presently received the petition of your soul. For it may be you shall not presently receive it for your trial, or else for some sin which you know not. But do not you leave off to ask, and then you shall receive. Else if you shall cease to ask, you must complain of yourself, and not of God, that he has not given unto you what you did desire. Hermas, Command 9: 1-7 (emphasis added)
The above excerpt is what an Angel of the lord stated to Hermas, from The Shepherd of Hermas, one of the “Lost books of the Bible.” This book was very popular and used to be read regularly in the early Christian churches.
“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:24
“So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.” Matthew 21:21
