This testimony confirms why some prayers are not answered. Yah hears them but cannot answer them while a person is living in unrepented sin. We must first repent and live holy if we want our prayers to be answered. “You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.” (James 4:3)
