“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. “(2 Corinthians 11:13-15)
Lots of false testimonies are flooding the airwaves. Satan is fooling some of his own servants into thinking he is Messiah, and therefore ‘saving’ them from himself. And many of them are so distraught that it is a great relief. Because his workers always feel the impending doom overshadowing their lives.
One former convert (who isn’t really converted) is now a so-called Evangelist, going around preaching about her former life as a satanist and how she now works for Messiah to save souls. But she herself is deceived, as her actions show she isn’t really converted at all. She extorts money from people for her preaching, and does other things to show she’s still worldly and impure. But she likely isn’t aware of it.
The keys to true conversion are repentance and obedience. All of the fake converts haven’t truly repented. They thought they got the ‘get out of jail free’ card from satan disguised as Messiah and think the bad ride is over, that they’ve made it. But without repentance and obedience it’s all a farce.
John the Baptist who prepared the way for Messiah basically preached nothing but repentance.
“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying:
“The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
‘Prepare the way of the Lord. Make His paths straight.’ ” (Matthew 3:2-3)
So when the fake converts preach any other message, or show their true nature by their fruits, they are easy to identify.
The point is to pray for them, to help them break the strongholds keeping them bound. And more importantly, to keep a strong relationship with Messiah himself so we won’t be easily fooled by very convincing false testimony. These are strategies of the devil to sow confusion and division. The spiritual war is raging. Keep your sword sharp. Blessings.
