(this parable is found in Matthew 25:1)
The Lord teaches us through His/Her divine spirit.
“For where the spirit of the Lord dwells, there is also much understanding added. Wherefore join thyself to the Lord, and thou shalt understand all things.” (Command 10:14)
Keep in mind the Bible has been grossly mistranslated. Even the names of people aren’t in the original language. One has to ask for spiritual discernment to get to the truth. This breakdown is from information I’ve received during prayer and meditation.
In this story, virgin means pure. So this parable is only about those walking in the Light, the repentant Believers.
“Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.” (verses 2-5)
The Messiah has delayed his return, compassionately giving more people a chance to repent before it’s too late.
“And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’”
He is returning like a thief in the night. The angels will blow heavenly trumpets (the midnight cry) to announce his coming. I have heard that only Believers will be able to hear this sound.
The oil in the lamps is Yah’s Holy Spirit. It isn’t a personality like those who believe in the false trinity doctrine. It is what it says it is, a Holy Spirit, that fills those who are born again – that is, if they remain in repentance and do not become lukewarm.
“Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.”(Romans 8:9)
“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” (Romans 8:11)
“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16)
The unwise virgins, got sloppy. Due to the delay, they became worldly and therefore the Spirit departed from them. The Holy Spirit simply cannot dwell in a dirty human vessel.
Sin repels the Holy Spirit.
“But if any anger shall overtake you, presently the Holy Spirit which is in you will be straightened and seek to depart from you.” (Command 5:3)
So the virgins without oil in their lamps allowed sin to creep back in. They neglected to live in repentance and their oil went dry. Stated another way, the Holy Spirit left them. This is like having a (non-electric) car with no gas. You can’t go nowhere! And the wise virgins told the foolish to go buy more oil. They were telling them to repent and go back to holy living. But it was too late.
“And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’”
He did not know them because after becoming clean (born again) they went back into the mud, forsaking their Savior. It was like slapping him in the face, as it negated all his suffering on the cross.
And the parable ends with this warning: “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.”
We must be vigilant in paying attention (watching) because once the trumpet blows, there is no more time. There is no last minute repentance at this point in the game. And the whole world will be repenting once we all see the holy angels rolling in.
I don’t usually have recurring dreams. But I’ve been having one for the last year or so. And my intent is not to frighten, but to share that something wicked walks this way. Evil spiritual forces have purposely been released, and they are coming door to door, house to house, over the entire earth in order to kill masses of people. I strongly believe this is the meaning of the death rider on the pale (invisible) horse in Revelation 6:8. There is no hiding, the only thing that can save is to be covered by the precious blood. Please, my Sisters and Brothers, if you haven’t already, please repent and give your heart to the Lord. We need supernatural holy protection from what is coming. Blessings.
